Semi Senior Business Analyst

Design, optimize, and evolve customer journeys and conversational flows for digital channels. Analyze conversations and metrics to identify user experience improvement opportunities. Define and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes aligned with business objectives and customer experience.

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst. Experience in digital Customer Experience (CX) and conversational design for virtual assistants or chatbots. Functional knowledge of NLP and NLU, and experience with SQL for conversation analysis.
