The Operations Logistics Coordinator manages daily shipping operations by coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure timely order fulfillment. They also handle shipping claims, resolve delivery exceptions, and provide support to internal teams including Customer Service and Finance.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2-4 years of operations experience and be available to work full shifts until 3pm PST. Proficiency in Google Suite and excellent English communication skills are required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
