Core Responsibilities

The Coordinator will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide logistical support, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, managing debriefs, and following up with candidates. A key duty involves utilizing the Goodtime platform to accelerate hiring and hosting candidates during virtual interviews to ensure an exceptional experience.

Requirements

Candidates need 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar HR support role, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills, with required English fluency. Proficiency in talent acquisition tools like Greenhouse and GoodTime, along with problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset, is necessary.
