The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a high-value client portfolio in Monterrey, acting as a strategic consultant to maximize client ROI through premium advertising solutions. Key focus areas include Revenue Growth via Upselling/Cross-selling and maintaining Net Recurring Revenue (MRR) above 100%.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in PropTech, Digital Classifieds, or SaaS sectors. Essential attributes include strong analytical capability to interpret sales metrics, expert negotiation skills for high-value contracts, and deep knowledge of the Monterrey real estate market.
