Tech Lead – Engenharia de Dados I

Lead critical data pipelines, including ingestion, processing, and serving, using AI tools to optimize processes. Conduct integrations with external platforms, particularly Salesforce, ensuring scalability and reliability. Define and evolve data engineering standards, observability, governance, quality, and SLA management.

Solid experience in Data Engineering and building scalable solutions. Experience in technical leadership of data teams and projects. Knowledge of data architecture and engineering standards. Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and standardization in complex environments.
