What You'll Do

Manage trials both in and out of season and provide quality data to support product development decisions. Collaborate with internal partners to create an annual trial plan and organize external trials with producers. Collect field data during planting, cultivation, and harvest, including productivity assessments according to trial protocols.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy; Master's in Horticulture, Agriculture, Plant Breeding, or related field. Proficiency in English (oral and written); availability for travel between 25% and 50%. Relevant knowledge of genetics and plant breeding, experience in field trial planning, and statistical analysis of phenotypic and environmental data.
