Admin & Payroll Shipping Local Specialist

Act as a local reference for Personnel Administration, Shuttle, and Restaurant services. Ensure compliance with legislation and collective agreements. Monitor KPIs and SLAs for personnel administration services, analyzing planning deviations and action effectiveness. Participate in governance meetings with BPs, Heads, and Operators.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. Experience in generalist personnel administration, benefits, and supplier management. Must have experience in the Logistics sector or high-volume processing companies, with knowledge in process improvement and automation.
