[Job-31051] Staff Backend Developer (Kotlin/Java), Brazil

Act as the main technical reference for the team, guiding mid and senior developers in best practices and complex problem resolution. Lead the design of software solutions, applying deep knowledge in microservices architecture, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, and Clean Code. Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code in Kotlin and Java, setting the standard for the team. Ensure applications are instrumented for metrics extraction and lead continuous analysis and optimization.

Extensive experience and fluency in object-oriented languages, especially Java and Kotlin. Proven mastery of microservices architecture. Deep knowledge and practical application of principles such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and Hexagonal Architecture. Solid experience with SQL databases and agile development lifecycle (Scrum/Kanban). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
