Core Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner will execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and data management while partnering with business leaders to support people initiatives. They will also maintain HR reports, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities to optimize HR workflows.

Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of HR generalist or business partner experience and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and proficiency in English are required.
