Execute and monitor data governance processes in Databricks, ensuring proper access, policies, classifications, and controls. Analyze and address access requests, support reviews and revocations of permissions, and apply masking rules, protection, tags, and classifications. Conduct profiling queries, validations, and tests, monitor discrepancies and incidents, and assist with automations and self-service in Databricks.

Practical knowledge of Databricks and Unity Catalog, metadata, lineage, data classification, access, groups, users, and permissions. Intermediate SQL proficiency, experience with Python automation, and understanding of data masking, data protection, and LGPD. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate with technical, business, risk, and audit audiences.
