Map processes and products to identify potential operational risks and their respective internal controls. Interact daily with business, institutional, and technology areas to collaboratively add value and implement best practices. Create and maintain the risk matrix and other operational risk management tools.

Experience in operational risk management and internal controls. Knowledge of banking products, services, and processes. Intermediate or advanced SQL skills, especially in BigQuery. Familiarity with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and the COSO framework.
