What You'll Do
Define credit product strategies with the commercial team. Train the commercial team on credit products and policies. Support managers in complex operations and conduct joint commercial visits. Monitor credit portfolio indicators and support sustainable credit expansion actions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. C-PRO certification is necessary. Experience in credit analysis and knowledge of credit policies is essential. Must have analytical skills and risk vision, along with the ability to train and influence commercially.
