[Distribution/Atendimento] Product Manager

Map operational flows end-to-end to identify bottlenecks and real automation opportunities. Specify functional requirements, technical capabilities, integration flows, and UI/UX guidelines. Act as a liaison between business and technology, coordinating AI, backend, frontend, and operations teams. Define and monitor success KPIs and product performance metrics.

Expertise in Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, APIs, and system integrations. Ability to architect integrated solutions and orchestrate multiple interconnected components and services. Proven ability to navigate discussions between engineering teams and daily operations. Familiarity with operational metrics and process efficiency for backlog prioritization.
