Manage the delinquent portfolio in the field for various portfolios (Credit Card, Personal Consumption, Auto Credit, and Mortgage Credit). Ensure the profitability of solutions and achieve recovery goals set by the institution. Generate necessary reports on the results of your management and optimize your schedule with home visits and administrative tasks.

Completed high school or a degree (completed or incomplete) is desirable. Basic Office skills: Excel, Word, and Mail. Experience in the field is desirable, along with negotiation skills and experience in collections.
