LoggiCore Responsibilities
The core responsibility is to ensure Loggi's products operate with stability, high performance, and without interruptions by proactively preventing issues and reacting quickly to incidents. This includes identifying, analyzing, and classifying problems, collecting supporting data, suggesting automations, and writing simple code to mitigate issues.
Requirements
Candidates must be pursuing a higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields, and possess knowledge of programming logic. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of a programming language (Python preferred), software support experience, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Git, and Kibana.
