Procurement Engineer 3

Own and drive product roadmaps to support BOM cost reduction, component risk mitigation, and overall procurement strategy. Lead supplier selection and make-or-buy decisions aligned with category strategy to maximize supplier performance. Manage supplier transitions end to end, including specifications, agreements, implementation, capacity planning, and IT/system updates.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Materials, Finance, or a related technical field. 5–9 years of relevant experience—preferably in the medical device industry. Skills include cost engineering, DfX methodology, supplier relationship management, and lean methodologies.

This role requires full-time presence in the company’s facilities at least 3 days per week. It is an office role on an Administrative shift.
