The recruiter will manage end-to-end selection processes across Latin America, ranging from operational roles to C-level positions. They are responsible for maintaining a fast SLA of 8 days while ensuring high-quality candidate delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and possess proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for both strategic and high-volume roles. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes under tight deadlines are essential.
