Coordenador(a) de Canal Indireto Pequeno Varejo (Distribution Partner Manager)

Ensure the execution of commercial routines and processes for the outsourced sales team in the Small Retail channel. Participate in morning and afternoon meetings with the team and commercial partner Ambev to strengthen relationships and monitor results. Guide and engage field teams, promoting training and best practices while monitoring key KPIs such as volume, coverage, and market share.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Must have a valid driver's license (CNH type B). Experience in data-driven decision-making and previous experience in commercial or trade marketing, preferably in consumer goods companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
