Coordinate Data Science & AI initiatives and manage the analytical portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-impact predictive models and AI solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational and strategic challenges into analytics/AI solutions, managing expectations and aligning timelines. Guide and develop the technical team, promoting autonomy and a collaborative environment.

Experience in technical coordination or leadership of data/analytics teams; proficiency in project management (agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban). Strong knowledge of Machine Learning lifecycle, applied statistics, and MLOps. Analytical skills to connect data intelligence to business outcomes and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
