Requirements
Candidates must have proven experience handling critical complaints via consumer defense bodies, specifically the Reclame Aqui portal, and possess solid, recent frontline operational experience. Mandatory requirements include proficiency in telephone support, experience managing backlogs against productivity goals, and current residence in São Paulo/SP for the hybrid work model.
