What You'll Do
Manage operational legal matters in the country, providing business advice, coordinating contracts, litigation, and projects. Ensure compliance with Peruvian legislation and evaluate current regulations to identify potential risks. Draft, review, and negotiate documents related to various business contracts and support litigation management.
What We're Looking For
Licensed lawyer in Peru with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal areas, preferably in multinational companies. Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, regulatory, and consumer law. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
