The Payroll Internal Control Analyst is responsible for executing internal audits and assessments of payroll processes across the US and LATAM regions. They will also monitor compliance, analyze data to identify risks, and collaborate on designing effective internal controls.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of internal audit techniques, risk assessment, and control validation. Proficiency in Excel, experience with SAP, and intermediate to advanced English skills are required.
