The role is responsible for the entire operational journey of the Home Equity Loan product, covering document analysis for property and participants, property appraisal monitoring, registry tracking, and resource release. Additionally, the position handles post-sale customer service, ensuring continuous support after contract signing.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed university degree in Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or a similar field, along with experience in data analysis and interpretation. Experience in the real estate segment (Mortgage Credit or Home Equity) and knowledge of Power BI/BigQuery are considered differentiators.
