Candidates must balance account management with process vision, focusing on structured diagnosis and proficiency in sales funnel reading, metric tracking, and accurate forecasting. Maturity is required to negotiate directly with partners' partners and directors, alongside a high sense of ownership, organization, and discipline to meet deadlines independently.
