Supervisor de Logística Reversa - Mercado Envios

Manage the work journey, direct leadership performance, and monitor the development of operational teams with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, feedback, and training. Actively track critical indicators of Reverse Logistics using data analysis to generate periodic performance reports. Identify systemic and operational opportunities to optimize reverse processes and lead interdepartmental continuous improvement projects.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Quality Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.), as well as experience with WMS and/or LMS systems. Proficiency in Office Suite and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools is a plus.
