What You'll Do
Provide support to associates through various communication channels. Welcome, guide, and direct associates based on their needs, ensuring a quick and consultative service. Assist with operational tasks within the agency and pursue continuous technical and behavioral development.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a higher education degree in a related field. Basic knowledge of the Office suite. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in other languages, experience in financial institutions, customer service experience, and financial certifications.
