The Change Analyst is responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and processing IT changes to ensure they are implemented in a controlled and compliant manner, supporting change management processes to minimize risk and service disruption. Key duties include enforcing the change management framework, reviewing change requests for risk, managing the change calendar, and conducting post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in Change Management or IT Service Management. Fluency in English, working knowledge of ITIL change management practices, and familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow are required.
