ITS Support Engineer I (ONS), IT Services

Deliver on-site, high quality, hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues successfully. Provide on-call support for high severity incidents and act as an escalation point of contact for the team. Assist with activities to triage and escalate system or network outages to reduce downtime.

2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience. High school or equivalent diploma. Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
