Core Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will support guests from their initial inquiry to the end of their stay, addressing escalated issues and making reservations. You will also maintain communication with field operators to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in English and have at least 2 years of customer service or concierge experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards customer service are essential.
