Remote - Accounts Payable Analyst

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for managing outgoing payments and vendor obligations by coding and entering invoices in Sage and Corpay, verifying invoice accuracy, and overseeing the attestation process. This role also involves monitoring payments for timely processing, ensuring compliance with AP policies, and maintaining the vendor database.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred) along with 2-3 years of Accounts Payable or General Accounting experience, including knowledge of US GAAP accounting. Essential requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent English fluency for communication.
