Analista Junior de Laboratorio - Laboratorio de Microbiología

Perform microbiological analysis in the laboratory on food and water matrices, applying international standards such as ICMSF, APHA, ISO, FDA, and AFNOR. Manage quality activities under NTP ISO 17025, including validations, accreditations, and audits. Record results in the laboratory's LIMS and implement improvements for better laboratory performance.

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Biology. Desirable experience of 6 months in microbiological analysis of food, preferably in the fishmeal industry or hydrobiological products. Knowledge of classical and instrumental methods, BPL, SST, and MS Office at a user level. Basic English proficiency and availability for rotating shifts.
