What You'll Do
Manage the relationship and planning with the Logistics Partner. Supervise the preparation and execution of the loading process, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Conduct performance analysis and lead operational team calls to develop continuous improvement action plans.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in people management. Six Sigma Black Belt or Master's degree (MBA or related discipline). Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
