What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate the team of senior technicians on shift. Validate the technical quality of interventions performed in the field. Manage escalations and coordination with technology providers. Prepare shift reports and root cause analysis. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Execution Engineering or Civil Engineering in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science. Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational technologies. At least 3 years of experience supervising technical teams. Proven experience in large-scale mining operations and supervising specific technologies.
