Create an inclusive and welcoming work environment where every employee feels valued. Act as a specialist in HR tools, guiding employees and promoting innovative technological solutions. Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, identifying and escalating critical issues promptly. Manage HR data and metrics accurately while maintaining confidentiality.

Bachelor's degree. Experience as a human resource generalist. Basic knowledge of Excel (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions). Fluent in Portuguese.

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Cajamar-SP, Brazil. No relocation benefits are offered. Candidates must be located and legally authorized to work in Brazil.
