The Talent Acquisition Partner drives talent acquisition strategies by collaborating with business leaders to achieve high-quality hiring results through proactive sourcing and influencing stakeholders. This role oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and assessment to selection and onboarding.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience, along with at least 2 years of consecutive full-cycle talent acquisition experience, focusing on sourcing and stakeholder management supporting North America and other regions. Proficiency in English (B2+) and Spanish, experience with recruiting technologies like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday, and a valid US Visa are mandatory.
