Core Responsibilities

The role involves the recruitment and selection of IT Software profiles for clients in Peru and the United States, managing the full end-to-end recruitment process from kick-off through offer management. Responsibilities also include managing communication and negotiation with mid- to senior-level IT professionals across various specializations and supporting Personal Branding initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 2 years of experience in IT Software B2B recruitment, specifically hunting and sourcing IT Software profiles across LATAM, including experience recruiting for US-based accounts. A B2 level of English is required for interacting with international clients, along with strong skills in Boolean search and managing the full recruiting cycle.
