As a Business Specialist, you will be the execution reference for the demand conversion strategy into sales, leading structuring projects end-to-end to bridge high-level strategy and operational reality. Your work will directly impact the conversion funnel efficiency of the largest Proptech in Latin America by analyzing data and leading cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
Candidates must have advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and Python for automation, coupled with a strong analytical mindset focused on deep dives and fact-based decisions. Required experience includes a solid track record in strategy, operations, or data analysis roles in complex environments, along with intermediate English skills.
