Manage the professionals allocated to the client's management and other contracts, monitoring productivity and quality of deliveries. Maintain close relationships with client management and teams, identifying needs and supporting the selection of new professionals. Conduct periodic feedback and individual development plans for professionals, and identify training needs.

Bachelor's degree required. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and teams. Proactive profile focused on people development, quality of deliveries, and continuous improvement.
