This specialist manages the end-to-end onboarding experience for new property management clients post-sale, ensuring accurate setup of owners, properties, and tenants in Rentvine and supporting systems. The role acts as the primary operational owner of onboarding execution, focusing heavily on accuracy, follow-through, and building strong client relationships.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 English proficiency). Experience with property management systems is preferred, and the candidate must be comfortable managing multiple onboarding timelines and working directly with property owners and tenants.
