Identify and prioritize operational improvement opportunities to address key pain points in safety, quality, and productivity. Develop, validate, and implement systemic solutions in collaboration with process development teams. Ensure alignment with operational teams to achieve expected results.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as TPS, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, Design Thinking, Agile, Power BI, LOOKER, SQL, and Advanced Excel. Experience in continuous improvement projects with at least a Yellow Belt certification.
