Advise plant management on organizational structure, productivity, talent retention, and development. Lead labor relations strategy, manage collective contracts, and resolve conflicts. Design and implement training plans, performance evaluations, succession plans, and recognition programs. Collaborate with recruitment to fill key positions and reduce turnover and absenteeism.

Experience in HRBP and labor relations. Strong knowledge of organizational structure and talent management. Proven ability to design training and development programs. Familiarity with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
