Customer Success Manager (Enterprise / EC)

The role involves owning the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewals and expansion, while actively driving Net Dollar Retention (NDR) through identifying growth opportunities. Responsibilities also include acting as the voice of the customer to prioritize features and building high-trust, C-level relationships across Latin America.
Requirements
Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or Fintech, and possess technical fluency regarding API-based products. A critical requirement is bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, coupled with an owner mentality and a data-driven mindset focused on metrics like Churn and NDR.
