Promote a leadership system that ensures operational excellence by integrating organizational culture drivers. Lead the deployment of objectives, goals, and strategies in the area of operation. Support and lead various processes in the unit to address deviations and non-conformities.

Bachelor's degree required. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Experience in methodologies for strategy deployment and routine management. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is desirable.
