What You'll Do
Lead strategic initiatives related to governance and quality of allocation for XP's distribution channels. Develop analyses and indicators to monitor behavior patterns and support strategic decisions on allocation and risk. Act as the owner of structuring projects, connecting stakeholders and ensuring consistent evolution of action plans.
What We're Looking For
Experience in the financial market, preferably in investments, allocation, products, strategy, governance, or related areas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable analyses and plans. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
