WEGWhat You'll Do
Organize, analyze, and monitor the TLT system, conducting training for facilitators on the TLT system. Implement and oversee the training record system in the workplace, providing support to areas using TLT in VETORH. Analyze indicators and statistics to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Production Engineering, or related fields. Experience in People Development, preferably with technical and operational audiences. Intermediate English proficiency and at least 6 months of experience in the company.
