What You'll Do
Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone and WhatsApp with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain detailed records and ensure accurate data entry following established protocols. Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to high service standards.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma required. Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory; knowledge of English and/or Spanish is a plus. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, is required.
