Ensure the team adheres to agile values and principles while following defined processes and best practices. Manage workflow to meet project deadlines and support the product owner during development. Conduct regular training and motivation meetings with the team and evaluate their performance to establish training plans.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in IT project development as a Scrum Master, with experience working with virtual teams. Knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe, CSPO, etc.) and project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.).
