Core Responsibilities

Analyze and address incidents, executing temporary solutions as directed by the responsible squads. Create documentation related to incidents and problems identified by the team. Analyze recurring incidents to identify and register problems with the responsible squads. Collaborate with squads to identify the root cause of issues and map improvements in processes or products.

Requirements

Experience in application support ticket handling with log analysis. Practical knowledge of tools such as Postman, Swagger, Camunda, OpenSearch/Kibana, Jenkins, Grafana, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL tools. Basic understanding of OOP in Java for reading error codes and data structures. Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology.
