Analista Suporte Jr

Provide on-site technical support to clients, resolving hardware and software incidents. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and corporate software. Manage local network infrastructure including cabling, router configuration, and Wi-Fi access points.

Technical degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Previous experience in on-site technical support or corporate help desk. Solid knowledge in hardware assembly, maintenance, and diagnostics. Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts such as IPs, DHCP, and DNS.
