Líder de Turno (Shift Manager), ATS

Oversee the execution of all sortation activities during the assigned shift, including inbound receiving, sorting, and outbound loading. Manage the shift's workforce, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and performance monitoring. Implement and enforce safety protocols and monitor key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience managing people in a logistics or operations environment. Proficiency in Business English skills, both verbal and written.
